I'll come to the first shift and pop in sporadically afterward... I don't want to horn in on your job, I know people value the duties they take on. [at least sometimes. She wouldn't want to impugn another warden's competence also.] But please do watch him closely. I don't trust this sudden spate of helpfulness.

I'll keep an eye on him. Your suspicions add to my general idea that he's not like this usually. And that means he's up to something.
